New ReviewerFirst I take my "insurance" to my doctor who laughed at it (which I was expecting after the reviews), but they did say they took it. I knew that it was going to be minimal covetage, but per the agent, well-visits were supposed to be covered. However, the coverage is a joke, and they for sure dont take the "lab coverage" as they claim to do so.
The next experience. I was at the pharmacy picking up prescriptions. I gave them my ID card for my prescription "coverage". Come to find out, it was only a discount card for which we were paying $50/month, which in the way it was sold and and handled is illegal in and of itself.
I figured, well there must br a mistake. I'll call the agent that sold us these policies, a term I use very loosely. He claimed that he had never spoken to me even though I have proof that he did. So, tomorrow I'll be calling the parent company to find out what us going on. Let's see how they crawl out of their bait & switch.
Immediately after that I'll be filing extensive complaints, most likely in person, with the OAG and the TDI.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

They won't stop blowing up my phone, holidays, early morning, during the day and late evening and won'st stop emailing me. STOP! I will be reporting to the BBB and any other consumer organizations I can.
Well visits are NOT covered. Any Sickness or Accident is covered.
It says that in the brochure. Agents do not tell clients wellness is covered. As far as lab work. I have a copy of a customers lab report where it was $3783.60 total.
Out of pocket for the customer was $174.76.
That's 95% discount. You should always call your agent to guide you and stay within the network.
US Health Advisors do not tell Clients that Well visits are covered. And we donโt have a prescription card. You are shaming the wrong company.
