Ushealth Advisors - Harassment
5 comments
I requested an online quote 15 minutes ago. In that time I have received no less than 10 phonecalls, 4 voicemails, 3 text messages and 4 emails.
This is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. I will never do business with then solely based on this.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You should feel very fortunate nobody from this ushealth advisors group was able to reach you. For you would have been possibly sold a very benefit poor plan at a overpriced price, considering they hardly pay anything on any serious medical bills or even anything as commonplace as a CT Scan or MRi.
I submitted a request for an online quote, and immediately received a call the following day. I changed my mind, I got calls from about 3 different representatives, they left messages, some sent texts.
I had no problem with that. I placed the online request 12/20/2017. I have been receiving calls from one rep in particular, almost everyday since then. I kept receiving calls and voice mails from one rep, Maureen, she calls me every day, twice a day, sends me text messages, and I'm getting really annoyed with the calls, it feels like harassment at this point, it's been over a month, and I'm still receiving calls, twice a day.
She even called me yesterday, Sunday. Usually when she calls, I'm at my desk at work, and don't take calls unless it's an emergency. I've blocked her number, but all that does on my cell phone is just send her to voicemail. I just want her to stop calling me.
Do I have to change my number?
Does this woman really believe that after a month of leaving voice mails and calling me twice a day, that I'm still interested? I really don't want to speak with her at this point.
Did you ever tell her you don't want the product and would like her to take you off the list? That probably would have done the trick.
When your information is submitted looking for health insurance that info is sold to 20-30 companies not just 1. I find it hard to believe one company can be held responsible for all the calls, texts, and voicemails you were receiving in that 15 minute time frame. Just speaking from experience.
US Health Advisors agents and appointment setters use their personal cell phones to call prospective clients. Now, if you fill out your info on an online marketing company site, you will get calls from 30 different companies.
I've made that mistake also.
I'll never do that again. The best way if you are interested in quotes is to call the company direct or do a search for that company in your local area.
