Ushealth Advisors - HARASSMENT! Daily harassment and inappropriate
This company has been calling nonstop for about 2 weeks now. I don't know where they got my name or number.
I've asked dozens of times for them to stop calling. If you say not to call they hang up before the sentence is finished. Sometimes they don't say anything at all. A few days ago I answered and a male asked, "Is this *name*" I said yes and I've asked you guys not to call me several times and he started in a *** voice "Dont you like me?
I thought you liked me.". I don't know what kind of company allows this behavior or what sick people think this is okay but I will be looking into filing harassment charges if this continues.
I have the main number saved that they call from but if they hang up from one, another number or two call immediately after. I have not answered those.

Each individual agent calls from their personal line, so there is not a main line that is called from. So this claim is not accurate. Leads are created when a person goes online and does a search or makes a call regrading health coverage.
I can't imagine a USHEALTH Advisors agent making calls and texts on their cell phone to someone they know doesn't want them to call. That would be ignorant as they are wasting time that they could reach someone else and sell a policy.
If you got that many calls it was from an automated caller which USHEALTH Advisors doesn't use. Anyone who wants to be removed from the list is sent to corporate which removes the number from all lists.USHEALTH Advisors has an A+ rating with the Insurance Commission and BBB.
It was not an automated caller. There was a person each time and this is the company name I was given and confirmed multiple times. At no point did I say these were made with someone's cell phone.
All calls are made from an agents cell phone. Any agent is not going to waste time calling like that.
I'll tell people I don't want to waste their time or my own. If they don't see the value in what we offer I'll move on to someone who does.
Ahhh. Well that's great that you are not like that but obviously someone in the company is.
You're not helping any by telling someone, that obviously dealt with harassment, that it didn't happen.
It's all been reported and is under review. I'm glad that myself, as well as many others, see how this company operates and handles potential clients through the multiple complaints as well as the replies.
Adding: When I've tried to call back I get a busy tone. I tried the 1800 number from their website and it goes to a guys voicemail.
Now I've never heard of an individual having an 800 number. When I call the companies 800 number I get Customer Service.
