DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE PRODUCTS FROM MARK ZORICH 407-885-**** ... HE IS A *** BAG LIAR WHO IS CLUELESS.

USING HIM AS AN AGENT IS BAD NEWS. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY SIGNING UP WITH HIM --- COST ME ALOT OF MONEY AND I GOT TAKEN. HE WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE WHEN CONFRONTED AND THROWS A TAMPER TANTRUM. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND i WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY.

HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM. STAY AWAY -- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

You'd have to be a lying psychotic to knowingly sell these putrid plans. Buyer Beware. Don't throw your good money down the drain in this garbage.

They arent looking for someone who wants a base salary. Anyone can work 9 to 5 and sell on the phones.

They want people who want to be at the top of the company. IF you can sell then the advances you would make would trump any other health companies base. I personally enjoy my $5000 a week paychecks that I make based on my work ethic and time invested. I have never had one client have a claim denied.

The situation where a claim isnt covered boils down to not understanding the coverage selected or an agent not understanding the product. I cannot sit here and read that my company does not pay claims because it is not true. Sorry you had a bad experience but this company has gone above and beyond for me and my clients. I suggest reading the brochures and booklets and even within the first 30 days if you dislike anything you can get a full refund.

The marketplace gives you 7 days usually. But if your not happy after the first 30 days get your money back. That simple.

In 3 years I have had one person ask for their money back and it was because they lost their job and couldnt afford anything. I wouldnt work for the company if they didnt pay claims and sure as heck wouldnt have purchased a plan for my family

NON SENSE !...........WELL Guess what?I don't know much about USHA-, but I know about BUSINESS, this is a multi-millions $ company right?.......they look for SMART, MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC people, they browse the net looking at RESUME, they call you, they set up an interview, so basically if they hire you it's because you got what they are looking for BUT......something is left out of the EQUATION, and that is : ARE YOU A *** BAG (with all the quality mentioned above and more), YES cause if this was A REAL COMPANY doing what they say they DO, after the hiring process WHY THEY OFFER YOU A 1099 deal?

1099 means = INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, independent, not by hiring process, that's B.S. I have a suggestion for YOU guys @ USHA, you want to be a REAL COMPANY, you hire people by offering 1st.

a BASE SALARY, 2nd.BENEFITS (even if after 90 days), and YOU RUN A COMPANY, but NO, YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR SMART MOTIVATED ENERGETIC *** BAGS !

Do not buy from this company. They do not pay their claims all they give you is excuses. Blaming the dr billing.

Preventative was supposed to be covered - then they denied all check up!!!

Preventative is not covered through first dollar coverage. Most agents inform clients of this when going over benefits but some do not explain that and I apologize that your agent didn't explain that.

But was this after multiple office visits or just from a one time use for a wellness visit? If it was just this one thing that turned you against the company I would advise you to try a sickness visit instead as that appointment would have a pay out. Most agents advise for Wellness visits to be paid cash as it is normally a once a year visit.

But please don't give up on the company after only one visit. I wish you the best of luck!
