I had filled out an online form for information about health insurance policies for my family. I received an email response from someone named Ariel Quezada with the subject line: "Have you received excellent insurance assistance yet?".

This person's email domain was @***.com. I provided some general information about my family and got responses from this person right away. Then this person asked if we had any medical conditions or medications that any one took and when I said one of us has sleep apnea all communication stopped. I asked after 24 hours if this person still was intending to provide me with insurance information and 24 hours after that I received as response asking me for contact information.

I have not heard a word after that.

I guess this person figured we were not a good bet to be accepted by this company and therefore wouldn't be getting any commission from us so just couldn't be bothered any more. Says a lot, I think, about this company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Email is a great way to communicate how ever when you set up a time and date to talk it is a lot more effective. There are insurance policies that cover pre-existing conditions so it's not the matter of getting commission off you. I don't benefit from any plan you choose from as a adviosr my job is to simply make you aware of all your options

Sleep apnea as long as there are no heart problems or obesity would still qualify for the policy.

There may have been something we'll never know about that caused the communication to stop. If Sleep apnea was the only issue then more than likely you would have qualified for this excellent plan.

Do not buy this insurance they do not pay insurance claims as they say they will when you buy it. It is a scam you are better off with no insurance.

I'm sorry to hear that. Many of our agents try to help out even if it's not information about one of our plans. That agent is not very smart because sleep apnea is not a decline for our plan.

It's not a decline as long as there with the CPAP machine. I never stated that this a decline.
